Therapy is a professional space dedicated to your mental health, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental environment. It’s more than talking, it’s about understanding patterns, discovering what’s influencing how you feel, and developing practical strategies to navigate challenges. Therapy is collaborative: you bring your experiences, and together we work to build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. It’s a place to reflect, learn, and practice new ways of approaching life’s difficulties while being supported every step of the way.
Therapy can help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how they affect your daily life and relationships. It provides a space to process difficult experiences and life changes, manage stress or anxiety, work through grief or loss, heal trauma, work with emotions, and deepen the ability to communicate, build deeper bonds with yourself and others, and better undrestand your self. Through the relational connection in therapy, you can practice new ways of relating to yourself and others, develop insight, and gain skills to respond to life more effectively. It’s about building awareness, understanding, resilience, and healing.
Therapy with me is a partnership—you bring your experiences and willingness to engage, and I provide support, guidance, and challenge when it’s helpful. Sessions may be virtual tele-health or in-person outdoors when appropriate, structured in a way that fits the work we’re doing together. This is your time to show up as yourself—you don’t need to be anyone or anything for anyone else. You can expect a comfortable, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we’ll address challenges, increase understanding, and explore strategies and skills to help you manage life’s ups and downs more effectively.
