If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely because life feels a bit heavy right now. Maybe the path ahead has become obscured by the weight of past experiences, or perhaps you’re navigating the daily exhaustion associated with stress, self-esteem issues, or the unique complexities of things like chronic illness, grief, or anxiety. Whether you are seeking a way forward as an individual or trying to bridge the distance that has grown between you and your partner, I’m glad you’re here.
Therapy, in my view, is a partnership. It isn’t a place where you sit in silence while someone just nods along; it’s an active, human collaboration. We’ll look at the "map" of your life together, honoring where you’ve been and looking at where you want to go. I integrate a direct, evidence-based approach with the grounding influence of nature as a co-therapist to help find footing when the terrain feels rough.
I do my best to provide a welcoming space for everyone. I work with individuals, teens, and relationships. I also provide specialized support for those in high-pressure careers, like pilots and veterinary/animal care professionals, who face a unique level of intensity in their daily lives. Often, the weight of these roles doesn't stay at work—it ripples outward, affecting our connections with partners, spouses, family members, and friends. I'm here to help you navigate not only the pressure of the job but also how it impacts your life and relationships beyond the work.
Stepping into therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re already overwhelmed. My goal is to make this process feel attainable and real. You bring your story and your willingness to show up; I’ll bring the guidance, the steady perspective, and a kind nudge when you need it. Together, we’ll build the resilience you need to navigate your life with more clarity and a little more room to breathe.
Prioritizing our mental health is the best kind of self-care - it’s how we stay on course. I’d love to hear what’s on your mind and see if we’re a good match to work through it together. Please feel free to reach out and start the conversation.
