Life can throw you off course, and it’s not always easy to find your way forward. Therapy is a space to pause, sort things out, and navigate what’s happening in your life. I work in a direct, solution-focused, evidence-based way, integrating different therapeutic approaches to fit your unique needs. I also bring elements of nature into the work, allowing its grounding and calming influence to create space for perspective, connection, and processing."
I work with individual adults, teens, couples, and also offer specialized support for pilots and others in high-pressure aviation roles. Additionally, I'm aware that everyone's brain works differently. Have you ever gotten frustrated with meditation or visualization? Me, too! I have aphantasia myself, and I know how frustrating it can be when someone assumes your brain works the same way theirs does. When working together, we will adjust approaches and techniques to make sure they work for you and the way your mind is wired.
I see therapy as a partnership: you bring your experiences and willingness to engage, and I bring guidance, support, and challenge when it’s needed. Together, we’ll do the work to build awareness, process experiences, and foster healing, so you can grow, make meaningful changes, and navigate life with greater clarity and resilience. Mental health care is self-care.
